Brewing Tutorial:

To start your brews, you need to place a campfire under a cauldron and fill the cauldron with water like so:

Using your right mouse button, add your ingredients to the cauldron. Here we're following the Golden Mead Recipe. Once your ingredients are added, you can use a clock and right mouse button on the cauldron to see how long its been boiling for. The clock will not show minutes below 2 and a half, so it may be helpful to set a timer for some brews, like coffee. The Apple Mead recipe calls for 4 minutes of boiling time.

Once it's ready, we use empty glass bottles to bottle our apple-sugar brew. Each cauldron holds 3 bottles worth of starter stage alcohol, and you must have space in your inventory to bottle them. The Golden Mead Recipe calls for an Oak aging barrel. Different brews require varied wood for their barrels, but the blueprints will stay the same. There are two barrel sizes, and each one holds a different amount of bottles. Large barrels will hold 27 bottles and small barrels will only hold 9.

For a small barrel, you will use a 2x2 grid. The front and back will make a + sign with 8 wood stairs. Once you make the barrel you need to add a sign with the word "Barrel" on the top line, as pictured.

To create a large barrel, you will need 5 fences, 18-20 planks, 16 stairs, and 1 sign. Imagine a 3x4 space, and put four of the fences in the corners (your 3 side will be the front). On the first layer, the middle row is all planks and along both sides are upside down stairs. The middle layer is all planks (the direct middle 2 may be empty or filled), and the top layer is the same as the bottom layer, but inverted. Place a fence on the bottom middle plank to serve as a spigot, and place your sign on the top middle plank with the top line labeled "Barrel."

Once you add the sign, you should get confirmation in chat that a barrel was created:

Then we put our Apple-Sugar brew into our barrel to age it according to the recipe, which is 4 years. 20 minutes or one Minecraft day cycle in a barrel = 1 year aged

Once our brew has aged properly it will change into Golden Mead! Now its ready to be served and shared!

Distilling:

Some recipes have distilling times. To distill your brew, add one piece of glowstone to a brewing stand, and add your brew as pictured below! Follow the recipe for accurate distilling!

Sealing Table & Selling:

When selling items using a [buy] sign, your items have to be an identical match. This is sometimes difficult with alcohol brewing because many batches may have variations, such as cooking or aging time. The sealing table will remove these specific details and reduce the description to an alcohol's star rating. Brews of the same alcohol type with matching star ratings will sell from your [buy] signs, regardless of discrepancies.

The recipe for a sealing table is two bottles on top of a 4 square of wood planks. Right click on the table and insert your bottles. There will be a clanking sound when each bottle is finished sealing, and then they will be ready for setting or stocking your shop chest.
